Hello 343 players and staff
I have experienced a weird problem when, me, today have tried to play Halo 4 but my xbox hasn’t been able to read it.
It doesn’t have a single scratch, it’s intact, and I cleaned it twice and has no marks in it. My xbox can read the rest of my games perfectly with no errors and smoothly. This has never happened to me before.
Any help?
Must be a factory default, the disk you bought was already not working properly.
This happened to me a while ago. Certain disks just stopped working all together. It’s possible that your Xbox’s disk drive is broken and you’ll have to get it repaired or buy a new Xbox. Hopefully not.
It’s also possible there’s something wrong with the disk. Try getting a new disk and seeing if it works first before considering anything else.
My halo4 disk was working properly it just randomly stopped working.
And all my other games work also. Suggestions?
