Unreadable disc

All my other xbox games work fine. Halo 4 simply will not play at all. It gets to the microsoft splash screen and that’s it.

I want my money back. I paid $60 and cannot play it. How can a company sell something so completely flawed? You will likely tell me to take it back to the original retailer. Ok, fine. But, this has been the biggest rip off since Diablo3. But worse, because at least I can play D3. Halo 4–nope.

I have bought and played every Halo game up until now. 343 ruined the experience for me–the company should be ashamed for not fixing this problem which has been happening many weeks now.

How companies get away with this is beyond me.

It’s not 343’s fault that your disc wont work. Just take it back to the store if you want your money back, there’s nothing 343 can do about your disc.

Also, Diablo 3 says “Hi.”

Actually, 343 has a thread on this very issue (known Halo 4 issues sticky thread). It is aware of the problem, and it isn’t the disc. At least, changing discs has not solved this problem for others. It is 343’s fault, that is the name on the game and the game doesn’t work.
