So I recently returned from a trip and had picked up my xbox one back in september. I haven’t played a halo game since 3 and happened to get home the day Halo 5 came out, so I hopped on my xbox and bought it. I’ve now had it since launch day and have been able to muster out 3 games of multiplayer, not by choice, but due to the fact that every time I try to play I get the same error message every time, “There was a problem with the Xbox Live Party Service. Please Try Again” and this happens every time I try to play. I’ve got ZERO problems playing xbox live in any of my other games, no problems connecting to servers for anything else. I even hard wired my xbox to see if it was because of my wifi, and it made no difference. So now here I sit with a game that is virtually unplayable after the campaign is beaten, had I known this was going to be a problem I never would’ve spent money on the game. Worst part is I can’t even return it because I purchased it straight from the xbox online store.
First question is, am I the only one with this problem?
Second, is there a fix or resolution for the problem?
