Not sure where else to post this, but I wanted to show something that I feel may be an optmatazion issue. I can run Metro Exodus on Ultra save for Ray tracing where it craps out so I should be able to run this game with no issues even if its on low but frame rate drops from 30 to 2 then back up. It is bottle necking my CPU and I simply can not run it. Here are my specs for anybody who is curious if there’s can run it or not.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design
Dedicated Memory: 5991 MB
If it wasn’t a mis-type, and you really do have 2.3ghz, that’s entirely your issue. You can’t expect to play next-gen games with the cpu equivalent of a floppy disk.
Otherwise, probably just needs optimising more

no its not a misclick, this processor has a turbo speed of like 4.0 ghz and I can run metro exodus on ultra and its a next gen game.
This is from a website talking about my processor.
