The inclusion of the Support cards means there are now five types of cards one has to consider when building a deck: Character, Weapon, Item, Equipment, and Support. And with 107 individual cards designed, there are plenty to choose from.
Character cards cannot attack on their own; they need a Weapon (Primary, Secondary, or Grenade) equipped before they can do so. Item cards can be played multiple times throughout a players turn (unless stated otherwise), and the same goes for Equipment cards. In contrast, only one Support card may be played per turn.
After I have designed a Halo 3 playmat, I am going to get everything printed off and have a mock battle with a friend after this pesky lockdown has been lifted to see how well the game flows.
It honestly has been so much fun creating the cards, and I cannot wait to move on to Halo 3: ODST though I predict that there will be fewer cards in that expansion.
