So since the first content update for Halo 5 (Battle of Shadow and Light) I have been unable to obtain at the very least 3 REQs, they are the ONI, Woodland and Tundra Mongoose. I have almost completed my REQ System and whenever I open a Silver Pack now I always get the 1,500 REQ Cards in place of the Permanent ones. It’s quite annoying since I really want to complete the REQ System and have everything in the game. I honestly don’t know what to do or how to contact 343 on the problem so I’m posting here, if anyone else is having a similar problem please let me know by posting here to help get this Topic noticed by 343. Any help on the problem would also be appreciated.
mongeese are common reqs, you get them by buying bronze packs, not silver ones.

Not true, here is each pack listed with a description.
- Bronze Pack: Bronze REQ Packs contain Common REQs with a chance at a permanent unlock.
- Silver Pack: Silver REQ Packs contain Common to Rare REQs. 2 REQs will be permanent unlocks, if available.
- Gold Pack: Gold REQ Packs contain a large amount of Uncommon to Legendary REQs. 2 REQs will be permanent unlocks, if available.I have every single REQ that is Common, Uncommon and Rare (Except the Rare Emblems you obtain trough completing commendations) there is, except the three Common ONI, Tundra and Woodland Mongoose certifications.
I know it’s against the rules to bump, but it’s also against the rules to make a duplicate post, so I’m just going to update the situation. I’m still having this problem, is there really nobody out there with the same or something similar?
have you even tried only buying bronze?
Yes and I get nowhere. But like I said to the guy before, they only provide a chance of obtaining a Perm REQ.
