Is anyone else having this problem?
I recently unlocked all reqs between common and rare. I know this because whenever I open another silver req, it gives me two 1500 req point cards back. However, three common reqs don’t seem to want to pop. Those three being a corp mongoose, Oni mongoose, and urban mongoose, all of which are common. I’ve opened a fair share of bronze packs but had no luck. Silver packs have also given me most of my common vehicle unlocks, including other mongoose variants.
Anyone know the problem?
The Mongoose variants seem to be exclusive to Bronze packs. Try buying a few of those and see if it works.

You just need to keep getting bronze packs. You may need to redeem a lot of req points to get them, as there isn’t a guaranteed unlock with bronze packs and some of the mongooses are exclusive to them. You may open four or five before getting an unlock if you aren’t particularly lucky.
Keep buying those Bronze Packs. Outside of the Phaeton Helios, they were my last unlocks overall.
yeah ive noticed there were a couple things i just couldnt unlock w/ gold packs seems each pack has exclusive reqs

Really? I mean, they are terrible vehicles, but that’s just saddening…
Why would you want to be certified for mongeese? I don’t see how it would be anything but a burden to have those certifications. I avoided getting them, myself

Probably to have the 100 % completion
I tried avoiding mongoose certs but it is inevitable. If you open packs, any packs, you will get the certs. Well, at least it was for me.

I see. That’s understandable. Personally, I just have to accept the fact that I’ll never get 100% thanks to Achilles, Challenger, and those pro league weapon skins 
This happened to me also. I kept opening bronze packs until it came up.
