Though I’m happy that now every Gold and Warzone Pack gives me only Ultra Rare and Legendary permanent REQs, but it still bothers me that certain lesser REQs don’t show up in packs.
I know most of the Rare Emblems and some Uncommon Emblems can only be obtained via Commendations and Ranking Up, however this doesn’t solve why I can’t get the Oni Mongoose, Tundra Mongoose, and Urban Mongoose, which are Common Vehicle Certifications.
Despite not having these, all the Silver Packs and Daily Victory packs give me are REQ Points instead. Are there Commendations that need to be completed to get these or is this a goof up from the REQ system?
I have all the armor sets from MCC except Helioskrill (yet), but it’s not part of my collection. That issue gets brought up enough and is probably getting worked on.
It seems to be a recurrence with Mongoose Vehicle Certifications.

Silver packs should’ve done it since, unlike Bronze Packs, they guarantee 2 Common to Rare permanent drops that are available, and oddly enough I’m still getting Rare Emblems from Gold Packs that Silver Packs should’ve given.

Yeah, a few items that are supposedly uncommon or rare can only be acquired in gold packs for some reason. The only one that’s the other way around is the ONI Gauss turret, obtainable by silvers, somehow.
I had this issue with the November released mongeese. I bought a bunch of Bronze packs and got the certifications while silver was only giving me Req points back
