I would really like to know why i got banned when the rest of my team quit, and i finished the game 1v4.

last time i checked, playing the game through to the end after all my teammates leave does not violate anything, and now i’ve been banned because the game froze on a pre-game screen, and there was no response to any of the inputs from my controller. I DEMAND a response with a DETAILED DESCRIPTION explaining WHY I AM BANNED

and when i say “pre-game” screen, I mean the carnage report from a previous game while waiting for the current game to load. I’ve heard the Idling during a live game can result in a ban, so hoping to avoid this ban due to a frozen screen, i shut down and rebooted my xbox, and was greeted with a ban.
