This has been going through my mind for a few weeks now.
When I watch all the PAX Halo 4 game-play I saw majority of everything was already unlocked during the Multiplayer playthroughs,Last I heard everything had to be Unlocked with “Spartan Points”,but to be sure I will ask the Halo Community.
Now my Question is
"Once I start playing Halo 4 will everything be already unlocked like the PAX Gameplays or will I have to Unlock everything from matches?"
Do you really want to play a game where everything is unlocked from the start?
You unlock gear as you play naturally.
Gameplay modifying unlocks. Can’t say I’m a fan.
OT: I believe 343 are providing pre-built loadout from launch but in order to build your own custom loadout you must unlock items first.

Well…Last I heard, You can only have Guns that are like the MA5D or the BR85 as your loadout weapons (I.E. Only the storm rifle, DMR, Covenant carbine…you know, Stuff like that.)
As for the armor, I’m pretty sure only like Warrior, Soldier, and venator are going to be the Default armor pieces.
