Unlocking DMR for Warzone

I just want to post that I hit spartan rank 83 today and have yet to unlock a single variant for the DMR in Warzone. Got multiple DMR skins, the stance with the DMR, even completed the loadout commendation and earned the pack/emblem, but still no go with the actual certification! Anyone else share the pain? Genuinely eating my soul

Edit: Have been opening silver packs! Finished common, would say 90%+ uncommon and 50%+ rare, just bad luck but still come on!

Only open silver packs until you have all Common-Rare unlocks. There is no way you are SR 83 without the DMR unless you are wasting points on golds before you have all silver unlocks.

I just recently started using the unlock stratagy and it works

i got the dmr by the time i was sr 2, by sr 5 i had unlocked the base version of all loadout weapons, i got them from bonus req packs i got for free

Just spam those Silver packs, its impossible not to get it by the time you reach the ultra rares.

I somehow got mine (I’m SR16)

Just keep buying those Gold / Silver REQ packs.

I got a couple around sr30 but have yet to see another. Luckily I got one with kinetic bolts. I have most of the other loadout weapons but the DMR seems to be just out of reach.

I got 6 variants now by only buying Gold packs. I started getting them when I hit level 32. But on the other hand there are multiple weapons I have yet to get I’m anxious to get the H2 BR. There are multiple rare weapons I have not gotten either such as The Answer.

My brother just get it this weekend at the level 85. But he bought a lot of gold before and he hadn’t had all the common/rare cards.

Got a Legendary DMR with Sniper Scope and Silencer. You mad?

I had all my rare dmr’s unlocked by SR 75 you must be opening gold packs. Stick with silver.

Not necessarily true. I have gotten 6 DMRs all From Gold Packs. I only have opened Gold packs from the beginning.

I got my first one at 62 you’re just really unlucky.

I kept buying silver packs but never got mine. sr 37

Got mine around 60-70 ish. If you got it before that your very lucky

I was around 70 but I didn’t waste time on gold reqs…Silver for days…Now I have 3-4 DMR’s

I’m 47 and only have a 8 req lvl DMR unlocked. I admit that up to lvl 30 I was only opening Gold packs, switched now to the much wiser route of silver packs first and still waiting for more variants.

You can only get the DMR’s from gold packs, but getting rid of the low level stuff through silver packs first narrows the gold pack field down, to help to get those DMR’s easier.
