I have completed The Campaign on Heroic difficulty and I have reached milestone 20, but the helmet is still locked. What do I need to do?
What are the requirements of getting the helmet???
you have to complete the campaign on heroic difficulty to get the cqb helmet and reach milestone 20
As I remember I unlocked it by completing the campaign on Legendary.
EDIT: I just goggled around and have you unlocked the achievement ‘Folks Need Heroes…’. Which you obtain by completing the campaign on Heroic difficulty, which you claim to have done. Double check but if you don’t prevail try posting it in the Support Forum.

I also had a problem getting that, i did complete the campaign on heroic but it didn’t give the helmet to me.
