All base armor sets need to be unlockable only through gameplay. This means the Mk 7 and Reach armor sets should simply be obtainable just like every other Halo game.
Any new stuff never seen before is perfectly fine to be sold in the store.
Hopefully a proper “Inside Infinite” or something will address the plathoral of issues and missing staple features this “Beta” has.
