I unlocked a visor through a gold pack I spent money on, it doesnt show in my apperance inventory but does in the collection category, however i am unable to equip it
This exact thing just happened to me but with an emblem. I see it in my collection but not in the customization menu. I equip it the when I exit the menu it says profile sync error and reverts back to the old emblem.
I recently purchased two greatest hits req packs and i haven’t received any of the items i unlocked. When i open my collections it shows i have them unlocked and allows me to equip them, but after equipping it says failed too save on the bottom right and it doesn’t equip the helmet i unlocked. Anyone know how i can fix this?
Avocado Seed, HOTCHEETO, AlexBeever, I recommend that you restart your internet router when it comes to saving issues like this. It’ll take around 5 minutes to do, but you should be able to equip your items just fine afterwards.
