I just went back to MCC and completed the rest of the missions on Legendary to get Helioskrill armor. I got back on Halo 5 and equipped the Helioskrill helmet and armor. When I went into Requisitions and selected Customization, scrolled all the way to where the helmets were, I got to Helioskrill and it’s still displayed as I haven’t unlocked it yet. This is also the same with the Armor. I also have this issue with my Mark VI armor and helmet along with the Scarred version of the Mark VII as well as the Nightfall armor. I’ve exited out of the Halo 5 app numerous times to see if the Customization page would refresh but it’s still displayed as locked.
I’m experiencing the same thing. I have the unlocks fro MCC and the HC, but the cards for them under collections is still greyed out.
I have this issue as well. Bumping in hopes that someone can help.
