I have xome to share some insight that may or not already be out there. Bronze arnt actually usless, they provided me all common items in the req system. Including several visors, two assassinations, a stance, and several emblems out of the ordinary. Obviously armor and weapon as well. But ONCE you unlock ALL COMMON ITEMS. Your chances of unlocking anything else is LESS THAN 1 OUT OF 10.
this also goes for silver as well I assume.
once more items are implemented through updates I assume you can unlock them accordingly. It seems however, I you want a specific req card- ALL COMMON ITEMS ARE FOUND IN BRONZE AND UP. ALL UNCOMMON ITEMS ARE FOUND IN SILVER AND UP. and so on. To find the item you are looking for with the corresponding rarity, check your inventory here on waypoint.
The cost of four bronzes make up a silver REQ pack. That gives you four shots. From which, you can sell all the items and always have anough for a fifth.
From experience, this leads to unlock progress becoming 1.3 to 1.7 times faster.
as did I 3/4 times. I unlocked something permanent. silver is always an option but its users choice. I have collected over 10x warzone xp boosts and 12x arena boosts. quite helpfuly for ranking up and getting depth into your arsenal for warzone.

I get a permanent pretty often started of being 4/5 drop rate then went to 3/4 then 2/3
I think eventually it will drop off less but you save so much rp getting all the common and uncommon cheaper with better cards available for silver and gold
the logic seems reasonable, I will try this, then I guess correspondingly if all the common armors, helmets and visors are unlocked then the silver would make my chances of getting uncommon and rare higher because all the common unlocks are already unlocked!!! I will conduct a few tests and share my findings!!!

The math has been done. If you open all gold it will cost you 4.5 million req points. If you do all silver until you exhaust all of the permanent unlocks, it will cost you just under 3 million.
but if you want to take 33% longer to unlock everything, that’s your choice.
I’ve switched from saving up for gold/silver packs, to buying bronze packs whenever I can. You do notice the difference; I never seem to go 3-4 packs without unlocking a permanent. I figure it’s all progressive; use bronze to unlock a majority of common permanents, and in the long run you’ll be getting fewer commons in gold/silver packs.

As for your question, if you select your service record on here you should see a link for ‘Customize Spartan’ above the image of your spartan.
And to check your weapon skins you can click on Service Record → Requisitions → Customization and then scroll down, the Weapon Skins are at the bottom below the helmets and armor etc.
