What do you think about skins that can be unlocked by completing the campaign on the different difficulties?
Complete the campaign on Normal, you unlock the ________________ skin (you guys think of one!!)
Complete the campaign on Heroic, you unlock the Phantom Chief skin (the one in the new ViDoc with the white armor and black visor) for you to use in campaign.
Complete the campaign on Legendary, you unlock Halo 3’s MkVI armor model for you to use in campaign.

Not against it, though I don’t see it happening. Such a feature isn’t popular in the “linear action-based shooter” genre. Story is just much too short to enjoy such a thing I guess.
However I don’t know why anybody would choose to play as anyone beside the chief.
I’m all for campaign unlocks to multiplayer. Just as long as everything is not just unlocked by having the rank and the cR for it. I like more interesting prerequisites.
Edit: Just released you were saying skins FOR the campaign. In that case I would say it would be better to have them unlocked in multiplayer after completing the prerequisite on the difficulty.
I wouldn’t mind if you have to play the Campaign Solo Legendary to unlock Mark VI in multiplayer.
But absolutely no weird gimmicks in Campaign, that should never happen…
