This thread is information with proofs about SE users getting the other Six Specializations to continue the game and also a search for a Clan or otherwise Clan members if I can’t find a good one to join.
1 Standard Edition users. Please calm the heck down! Read the fine print! Codes will be sent out to your mail associated with your Xbox live account IF you played online before 11:59pm est time on Nov. 20th. Codes will be sent out between November 21st till the 30th! Shut your yappings about not getting it yet. Complain if you have played online before the indicated time and date and did not receive your code by December 1st 11:59pm est time! Limited editions are actually getting rip off on this because they pretty much paid early for stuff for nothing but a silly armor no one really uses that SEs don’t get to have. But if you think of it, you don’t get to have all preordered armors unless you got friends who bought it in different stores with backup codes for free. Lastly, think about those who didn’t have the game till the 21st of November. They see only 2 specialization till its official release dates and they might even need to pay for it then.
2 Limited Edition users. I feel bad for you guys who have to deal with some unnecessary trolling. But if you bought the LE version because of the ealy access then you are missing the whole point of LIMITED EDITION. From the get co they explained what you will get. And (some special content). What they failed to say then was how much those extra items you will get cost later on and how long is your “early access is” because technically speaking, you still had 26 days a head of everyone else and much advance than those ho played after the 21st. Plus other special contents.
Proofs:
3 November 21st and later buyers. I can’t even diss on any of you. Just sorrows.

I have the LE. I’m not sure why some feel ripped off. This is simply rank specializations. I’ve got them, and I don’t care who else has them too. I’m more concerned with content in the box - and I must say, I’m very disappointed in the quality of the packaging. I’d have sacrificed specializations for something better than flimsy cardboard as a “Limited Edition.”
You’re wrong about the LE people getting ripped off. They paid the extra $40 for the metal case, artwork, blueprint armor book, etc. They didn’t pay extra for the specializations. And if that’s why they spend the extra $40, than they deserve to complain, cause that was plain stupid on their part.
Also, nothing was falsely advertised. It stated early access for the LE people. When they hit 50, they were able to choose from 8 specializations, whereas I only chose from 2. So they got exactly what was stated. If they actually thought that they would be able to level up well watching others get capped at 70, then they are -Yoinks!- and deserved to missintpret the ad and pay extra.
I still can’t get over the fact that LE people believed that they were ripped off. I mean seriously, only the people that paid extra for just the specializations were ripped off and only they were ripped off because they compeletly misinterpreted the ad.
I got the LE and I don’t feel ripped off at all, anyone who bought it purely for the specializations are an idiot and don’t understand the point of the LE.
LE buyers aren’t getting “ripped off”. When you add up everything they already have besides early access to specializations, they still get a deal. The map pack, armor, Forward Unto Dawn film, and assorted other goodies are still all there. The maps are $25. Microsoft listed their pre-order armor skin (Gungir-pulse) as $15, which is an overblown figure, but $5 would be a fair price for a custom skin. The film is worth more than $10.
And remember that some people hit level 50 last week. I think LE owners whoa re complaining are the ones who simply don’t have the skill or are unwilling to buy a bag of Doritos to hit level 50 before next week. I’ve seen a few lvl 80s already, so there are some LE owners already enjoying all those specializations. I for one would love to have access to the pioneer mod already, but I’m going to have to wait even though I’m already working on the Wetwork specialization.
Like AusT Swifty said, there so much more to the LE than the spec unlocks. Most people who purchase collector’s editions of games like all those little extras. In fact, they are kind of the whole point.

Do you even know what your talking about?
Limited edition includes Game, FUD, Season Pass(Map Pack), Early Specialization Acces, Avatar Props and an Amor.
Add it all up Game 60, FUD 15, Map Pack 25 there goes the 100. So all they got for paying is a stupid box, avatar pop, early specialization and an armor. Then all of a sudden early acces no longer counts because we are all getting it. So now all they got is a black box, a worthless guide book, avatar prop and an ugly armor. When originally advertise that getting n LE will get you early access but shortly change to 3 weeks earlier access. So what? Thy expect all LE buyers to finish all 8 specs in that three weeks? They blinded LE with the whole early access advertisement.
> I got the LE and I don’t feel ripped off at all, anyone who bought it purely for the specializations are an idiot and don’t understand the point of the LE.
That’s one way to look at it. But at least unlike the other people here so far. You understand the problem. And yes base on what I’ve read around multiple forum boards. The LE buyers who complained about this have bought it because they wanted to show off they can surpass their friends not realizing that Limited Edition if kept pack has a soul value as its own in the future. I see where you are coming from. But I also have to understand there’s.
I will then edit the first post for your point of view. Thank you.

> Sorry, I already called clan names VIP0 through VIP50. You’ll have to live with VIP51 I guess.
Please provide your thread for it nd the meaning of your VIP because I’m sure it’s different than mine. Also last Tim I check, they only allowed 4 digits VIP51 is not a valid tag.
So… SE folks are ripping of the LE folks?? Umm… the LE guys and gals still have all the other awesome stuff. And since the specializations are meant to be released to everyone anyways, I pretty sure no one is getting ripped off.

No one is getting ripped off. The SE is just the game, forget about specializations…the maps are worth it, and the FuD is cool too. Plus if you like Halo and want to collect you naysayers would get beyond the packaging and understand that this game is a collectible. Individually numbered, I know a lot of people who would still like to get an unopened LE for the original store price.
P.S. I am a LE owner who was first in line at Best buy, and because I was first I got a PowerA fus1on controller msrp 79.99, so I got the game and controller. On a personal level I am winning for sure.

How is the map and FUD worth it? Market price will be equal if you did the math… All is free on limited editions are small useless items,
If you are interested in a clan give RTL- Reclaim the Legacy a try. Its new and only has around 30 people but we love to play custom games and we dont care about KD’s. If you want to join just send me a message on xbl my gamertag is King Carnage Iv.

Will do… I’m good with custom games but does your clan also do war games at times?
