Hey guys
I was searching online to see if there were any DLCs for sale and I saw a guy selling all of the preorder DLCs for 40 bucks. When I contacted him though he said I needed to give him my username and password so he could manually enter the codes in because they were press codes and since they were unlimited he could not send them. First of all, is there a such thing as press/unlimited codes and also is this legal. By that I mean with the law and could Microsoft ban me for using them.

Well, first off I should say that you should never trust anybody that asks for both your username and/or password. Whoever asked you for that information is most likely trying to gain access to your account. By all means, don’t give anybody that sort of information, please…
With that out of the way, I don’t think that “press/unlimited” codes are even legal as most likely they are fake codes. Either that or he/she is lying. I hope this information helped you.

While I figured this they did have a very positive seller rating on ebay.
That’s the only thing that made me wonder about it
I’ve seen this before. What they do is altering your account to unlock everything. AKA, modding. This is against the ToS.
Never trust anyone who makes such an offer.
BTW, revealing your account information to anyone is already against the ToS, so there would be multiple infractions there.
I recommend not giving him your account. He is trying to mod your account, which will get you banned. Just stay clear and report the seller and find another seller for some DLC codes.
