Respected Sir, one of my users has discovered an error within their company roster.

In the list there’s a member with the name of "Unknown"https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/players/unknown yet the Unknown member is actually “unknown” and has a broken clickable link.
Only other information i can offer is the member joined the company on 03-01-2018.

Probably someone who either closed their Microsoft account completely or the account got banned from Xbox totally for breaching terms of service (e.g. multi-accounting/cheating/hacking).
