I was unjustly banned for Marketplace theft recently, and I lost all of my progress in Halo Reach. I was a Brigadier Grade I, with blue flames and a Bungie Nameplate. I really miss my blue flames, and are the one thing that I wish I could have back on my new account. I have never cheated, have always followed the rules, code of conduct, and terms of service. I have been unjustly banned, and plead that I can have my blue flames back. If I could get them again via the app, it wouldn’t be an issue. And since I was banned unjustly, I feel that Microsoft has stolen something from me given to me by Bungie/343 for being a loyal member of the community, which they had no right to take away, based on ‘evidence,’ or lack their of.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I hope you can help me out.
The banned gamertag was MalvOfAlaska. The new gamertag is Malv0fAlaska (the O is a zero). Thank you for taking the time to read this message. I hope you can help me out.

Microsoft has threads dedicated to this. They also have a thread saying that ALL people who have been banned for Marketplace theft were doing so on purpose and not accidental, there are ways of checking that.
Either way, if you’ve been banned then you can’t get anything back. 343 cannot and probably won’t do anything for you. If Microsoft takes stuff away, it’s gone. It’s Microsoft’s house, we play by the rules or we have to get out.
I’m sorry for your ban but talking about it here won’t do anything. You downloaded something illegally and now you’ve payed the price.
Edit:
You posted this thread the other day. Doing so multiple times will earn you yet another ban. Keep it up. :I
I sent them a message explaining how I have never downloaded anything illegal, or exploited anything to download things without paying. I didn’t even know that there was such a thing possible. I included full download history in the message and they didn’t even look at it. Thousands of gamers have been banned, and none of them by the sound of it have stolen anything. The only way to contact them is through a forum, which has a team of moderators that accept or deny posts. And every time I mention my gamertag, they delete it. Nobody has had their questions answered about their ban. Sounds a little fishy no?

I believe your best course of action, if you can prove your case, is to contact xbox live support. I highly doubt 343 will/can help unless the ban is lifted. Here is xbox live support’s contact info. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

I was just saying that a console ban isn’t 343’s problem, they only manage upkeep and make games for Halo. They have nothing to do with the Xbox consoles. And I wasn’t giving sympathy because in my experience when someone says the have an unjust ban, normally they are lying.
