First problem, my account was reset. I went from platinum on all multi player game modes to no rank as if I have never played the game! I have tried every way possible but apparently there is no way to speak to someone to get this (or any matter) resolved, which is unprofessional and frustrating. Second issue I have is that when (not often these days because of all the problems on the game) I do play, at the end of a match I get a screen saying I was disconnected from server and then a second message telling me I am banned for leaving multiple games!!! This makes NO sense! And obviously from reading all of the other forum posts, I am not the only one having this problem and also as some of the others I TOO have been playing since Xbox. I will stop playing at all and never purchase any other products from your company if I do not get any feedback or reply. There is no reason that employees aren’t working to resolve these issues for those of us who would like to continue playing Halo.
If you have noticed, they dont have a ‘contact us’ link in their website, and coincidentally they don’t respond in the forums either.

Sounds like this is the montly reset OP. Halo 5 operates on a seasonal basis, so each season your ranks are reset and you start fresh. You repvious ranks are recorded and can be viewed from your service record. It’s not a complete reset though, as some information remails in order to assist with your placements and ranking in the next season.
