Unique weapon projectile roles

I still feel as though the new additional of electric firepower still doesn’t file. I believe kinetic projectile based weapons like UNSC weapons should affect health more than shield. Covenant/plasma based weapons should affect shield more than health. And electric should do a little less amount of damage than plasma, and a little more than plasma to direct health, have a lingering affect, HOWEVER, with the addition of stunning the enemy. Every time it ticks the enemy (damages the enemy), it should make the screen turn a little white, and stun the movement and look speed of the player, just like the plasma rifle in CE. Also of course, arcing, which is already in Infinite, but with the changed values in damage and stunning effect, I feel as though it would have it’s placement fit decently fine. Less than plasma damage to shield, a little more than plasma and less than kinetic towards health, arcing, and stunning, I find this would fit nicely, especially since the arsenal is so limited with electric projectile based weaponry.

From what I can tell in game.

electric: bounces from target to items and disables vehicles. (disruptor seems to be a good shield -Yoink!- but the plasma pistol is better.)

Ballistic: better against armor and vehicles, a plasma rifle does almost nothing to a vehicle but an MA5 shreds them at close range.

Plasma: extreme damage against shields does almost nothing to vehicles.

hard light: passes through everything, I killed 3 people in a line with a sentinel beam either that was them passing through the targets or I had some heavy lag. Hard light is also good at de crewing vehicles with out destroying them.
