Uninstalled a while back, says I have to buy again

I’m trying to reinstall Halo Wars 2 on my PC so that I can play the Nightmare expansion, but it’s saying I don’t own it when I actually own the Super Delux Spent-a-lot-of-Money edition (whatever it was called that came with Forge and the season pass at launch, the biggest Edition you could get). I’m not going to pay for it a second time, but I can’t find a way to get around it even though I’m signed in to the same account.

My only thought is that I maybe have to install it onto a console with the account first, but that doesn’t seem right.

EDIT:
I found out what the issue was. The Halo app directly links to the pre-order page for it on the Microsoft store, not the actual Halo Wars 2 item itself.

Yes, I did. I looked for an option to delete my post, but I couldn’t find anything like that, and I couldn’t find a “cross out text” option either, so I attempted to edit the post appropriately.
