Is there some sort of joke behind the Unicorn thing?

There’s the rank on Halo Waypoint forums which is the Master of Unicorns.

There’s the FOTUS, which is First of the Unicorn Squad. Would of been better if they said First Of The United States lol.

Anyway, can anyone shed some light on this?

Fist of the Unicorns is an easter egg in Halo Anniversary edition that can be found on the first level.

I guess its a joke inside 343.
