Soooo I may be overlooking this but, it’s getting REALLY common for me to aim at a player graze them or accurately hit an enemy and it doesn’t seem to hit but when other people even so much as grazes me I am instantly dead when it comes to snipers in particularly!!! EXPLAIN THIS NONSENSE!
I make sure I am not just always thinking that without checking if I was just seeing things. I go into theater mod and almost always when I hit people with snipes that SHOULD have killed them or at least hit them it didn’t. I find out I did in fact hit a body part it just never registered and yet they grazed me and I instantly died. It has been happening for than it should, as in every game I played on Feista or any other gamemode with a sniper involved it ALWAYS happens. Never once has it not been so.
Should I report this to a bug person so they can deal with it? Or is it something that isn’t necessary to report

I would first make sure your internet connection is good and that you aren’t playing people in like Australia, if you’re from New Jersey. The vast majority of these problems can be attributed to lag.
What game and what platform do you see it most in?
I can see how you can tell if you got a bloodshot on your end by going into theater but how do you know from their end?
Bloodshots happen to me every now and then, mostly with a sniper rifle. I just put it down to lag and then sigh.

I honestly always just blame ping in most of these situations but it is ridiculous for me cause it happens consistently.
It’s happened to me a few times Halo 4 especially but it’s probably lag for the most part with a bit of bloodshot which is a hit but doesn’t register with the game for some odd reason mostly common on H3, and you really can’t trust theater mode since it follows the lag in your game to, like say I’m rubber banding and so are the enemies on my end theater mode is going to show them rubber banding to while the enemy actually isn’t rubber banding at all.

Which games are you noticing this? The hit registration has been a problem for a while but its something 343 continues to work on. Halo 3 was the worst but its since been fixed. CE and H2, for me, have been the worst. Point blank shots with the CE pistol are “missing” or not registering. Its been frustrating.
