My teammate and I just got the banhammer for defending ourselves from our own teammates who were continuously betraying us on Torque. Their gamer tags were <mark>REDACTED</mark> and <mark>REDACTED</mark>. My teammate booted them, and we tried to finish the game now that we were down by 33 points. After the game, we got the banhammer. This ain’t right. 343, fix this!!!

That doesn’t change the fact that it is against the forum rules. In addition we only have your side of the story. They could make a very similar claim about you, or you could be lying and people have no way of knowing. You also had a dnf right before your torque match which might be the cause of your ban, unless it explicitly said griefing.
That’s why you report them through their profiles on the console and then block them.
