Hello 343.
I have played halo 4 since its release. It’s a fantastic game, I absolutely love it!
I have logged on today to find my account banned from matchmaking for 1 week. This came as a total shock to me as I have never cheated once. Nor have I been abusive to players and been away from my controller during games.
Admittedly I have played daily since its release and I am now a level 69 operator. However I don’t think playing a lot constitutes for a ban!
Looking at my games played you can see there is nothing suspicious about the games I’m playing at all.

Please sort this out 343, this is totally unjustified. I’m also worried that after this week I’ll just get mysteriously re-banned permanently!
