Hello,
I work a huge amount and have very little time when im home to play and when i get opportunities to play since i paid money for halo 5 guardians and monthly for xbox live i would like to know the reason for this ban? I was in the middle of game play when my screen goes black then to a menu screen of sorts that lets me do nothing! After resetting the game i am notified of a ban hammer?! Wtf!! This is ridiculous and would like this addressed immediately!
