For example, would it be possible to separate the customization for the undersuit color from the armor color, so that if we wanted, we can have the black bodysuit we remember from Halo 3, or at least, the closest thing we can get?

I thought it’d be easy. In Halo 4 it was pretty obvious that the armour was a separate model on the player’s avatar (which is the undersuit)… as seen when you use the Hologram on death causing the Ghost armour glitch (white with no undersuit).
Edit: I mean… what am I even looking at, what is this meant to be in Halo 4? I don’t even…
