Dear Support,
I was playing the campaign without any problems until the “Under the ark” campaign, where at a certain point no matter what I do the screen goes black and I can hear the game but see nothing. Tried updating my graphics card, but did not help

please help to fix it, as is very upsetting not being able to play after buying the game.
