I don’t know if this is legit or not but it sure looks like it. The game comes in a slip case and the Anniversary Map Pack is a DLC code as well. The pre-order bonuses come in the case also. This looks like the real deal guys!

That slip cover is awsome
…but I am slightly confused, In one of the HaloFest panels 343 said they could not have fit any more maps on the disk due to there bieng no space…so how come there is a reedemable code for the Maps in the Game case ?

I think that code will be to download a small patch for Reach to let you run the CEA maps after installing them to your HDD.

I think that code is essentially a voucher for a Reach map pack with all of the new maps. If you don’t have a code then you have to pay for them when they hit the marketplace. We get them free and on CEA release day

Oh I totally agree! Like I said, it is just a disappointment, not a deal breaker. I already have my copy paid off. So I am getting it regardless of the cover.

For people in the UK who were concerned about not getting the skull and avatar clothes if you buy from GAME, I hope this puts your mind at rest. The codes are in the box with the game so it’s more of a ‘buy the game on the first shipment’ bonus, as opposed to a pre-order bonus.

I am. I really don’t like when games have small manuals…I’m pretty sure Gears 3 had 2 pages. That’s just ridiculous
FIFA 12 didn’t even have a manual, just a code to access online.

Great wasn’t expecting slip cover, I just am not fan of the actual cover itself being shiny as well, and am also disappointed in being jipped with manual but hey they had to keep costs down to get it out to us for $40 so I can accept that.

This looks very legit… The Halo logo was 3d/holographic/bumpy.
This is going to be the first Halo i’ve had with a slip case since Halo 2
