The emblem for Offensive Bias is not in Halo 4.
I feel weak and powerless in multiplayer without it.
Resolving this issue would make me the happiest metarch in the galaxy, and it is the least your species can do in repayment for taking care of 05-032 and allowing your safe re-population.
