I downloaded the master chief collection about 8 days ago and matchmaking won’t connect to a game at all, it just keeps saying searching for players, then connecting to session then searching for players again. I’ve backed out and retried over and over, deleted the game and reinstalled it 4 times, spoken to a support team member every day since I got it. I’m sat here fir hours at a time trying to connect

That’s exactly what has happened. Halo 5 just killed the MCC. Finding a player is rare.
