Does it go against any forum rules to publicly name
gamers by their gamertags for cheating and boosting?
Main Point
I came across some game stats of a group boosters and
cheaters who are all mostly inheritors as a result now.
The part that really gets to me is that on country leader-boards
for invasion these cheaters are being placed higher than people
like me and you who actually play hard and respect the game
and the gaming community.
I’ve reported one of them but i feel like more public shaming
is in order or at least some attention from the reach forum
so that something is done about this, because its a ring of
boosters not just a few individuals.
Anyway enough rambling, heres the link to one of their game
histories, now take a wild guess which games have been boosted.
Ahh looks to me as if they are boosting commendations… Probably the more difficult ones such as Kills With Vehicles/Wheelmans in MM.
Normally when “guests” are AFK you will get banned after 3-4 games, however my guess is that infact that ARE cR banned, but since they are “Inheritor” they do not need cR. (Which I wonder if you can still get commendations when you are cR banned)?
Also, this may get locked since you aren’t allowed to call people out for cheating… =/

Correction. Would love to. Aimbots are non-existent on Reach. They can’t be used, thanks to Bungie’s firewall set up to stop these mods saved on your console. Banhammer FTW!

You might want to do a search on YouTube. I’ve personally seen aimbots in use.

Found and banned in hours. Many of these videos are system link. I know because a friend of mine likes to do that because he has two ‘spare BOX’s’… Rich b*******…
I agree that something should be done about this but I don’t think we should publicly shame/bash them (atleast not on this forum). I also think it is lame that they are ranked so far up on the invasion matches, and in general the whole game, but what are you going to do, they probably don’t care if they’re reset in the game or not. Besides, they most likely have no skill since a majority of matches they play in have afk guests and they just kill the guests. So yeah it sucks, but it is also just a game, plus they technically aren’t breaking any rules so I don’t think 343i is going to do anything about this. But like you said, if this gets enough attention they might do something. I don’t know.
