hello and good evening. well the support team for xbox has lead me here after a week long wait. anyways my problem is i have been banned from halo reach online for changing my service tag. now what i mean is i changed it from a 4 digit allowance to a six digit. now since i do not threatnin nor harraass other gamers, i also do NOT kick people off line but i have been victim of all listed (my sister who is in online school had to retake a serious test for and thank GOD they let her) i did NOT think that i would get banned for something that is in NO way affecting others gameplay or is it a threat to other gamers and is simply a change to my profile that i believe i should be free to do whatever with. i love reach it is my favorite halo game out of the series and without it things have sucked 
please UNBAN me so i can get back to playing the game i love. oh hey and please stop banning those that dont deserve it and save it for the threats once again such as: people harrassing or threatning, kicking others offline etc.

If I know anything from reading similar threads, the servers nor staff care of where you’re coming from and the reasons that you, or someone affliciated with you modified the game. Changing your service tag to a different state of its normal composure violates the halo terms and conditions, and also the Xbox terms and conditions. I’ve heard that halo reach allows change in maps, and user interface (I.e : Ultra White), but a service tag change isn’t one that reach allows, so the servers automatically banned you, I do not believe that they’ll be able to unban a player that most certainly did this change on purpose, no matter the severity or reason. (I may be wrong.)

As Peculiar Angel said, you have admitted to modifying your XBL account. and modifying content( even something as small and meaningless as your issue) is against both the Halo and XBL Terms of Service agreement. Your ban is justified and is irreversible.

WoW, so you modded your emblem on halo: reach and expect to get unabnned?? I and a few of my other friends played the beta and have the emblem legitimately, and its really dumb that you can just mod it and expect to get away with it. Funny thing is, the servers have a flag when you go online with it and arent flag you get hit with the ban hammer.
Hopefully you have a lesson learned from this and next time dont mod as yes it does affect other players because you are using something you never earned which is considered cheating.
