Unauthorised access Halo 5

This started 2 days ago for me with Halo 5.

Loaded up Halo 5 my gamertag or account is not sync data with the severs!

I’m getting a error message.

" unauthorised access to Halo 5 sevice.
You’ll not be able to play muiltplayer"

Or something close to them words!

I’ve contacted Microsoft and gone through the troubleshooting steps to try and solving this issue.

Which took forever.

Then was told to post on the forum

So I done all the steps gain but this time I delete everything with a full reset on my xbox one and
re-download my account and game.

It work.

Then today I login thinking Halo 5 and it is saying the same thing.

Help me please I can’t get online to play muiltplayer 343 industry!

Do you have muilt Xbox that share your account.i get that sometimes if I forget to swap my 360 from home system back to the Xbox one.

I have done every troubleshooting possible with Microsoft xbox live.
With no success!
As for multiple sharing on different platforms.
I do not multi share between xbox one or 360.
