Unacceptable customer and game support

I have never been this frustrated as a gamer ever in my life. Let me begin by saying that I have been a huge Halo fan and the ONLY reason I bought the new Xbox One was for Halo 5. That being said your studio does not have a technical support number because I called Microsoft 3 times and got no where. I was rudely hung up on the first call and had a manager tell me to post on this site after calling 4 times. So your support has been beyond poor. I purchased Halo Masterchief Collection because I love Halo. Halo 3 is still my all-time favorite game to this day. That being said, this product is broken. You advertised that this game would feature all 4 halo games with solo and multiplayer. So far Halo 4 multiplayer has never worked and the other Halo games are hit or miss. As of Thursday, 12-18, I have not been able to play anything online once again. It’s not been over a month and your product is still broken. This is unacceptable. When you pay $60 for a game you expect it to work. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a gamer. I feel ripped off. Yeah, Destiny sucks, but at least it works…
