Halo waypoint will not allow me to view any videos. It all ways asks me for my birthdate when I want to view one even though I am sinned in. last week I hit enter without changing the date. So now it thanks I am under age and won’t let me watch. I have sinned out restarted my computer cleared cache and still nothing its getting ridiculous The site also has no way to contact the site for help it takes me to 343, Microsoft and the Xbox site and none of those help
I’ve done that before. Try deleting your cookies. That should fix it.
Also, after deleting your cookies, make sure to clear your cache. Let us know if the problem persists.
