Unable to view REQs or play MP; [SOLVED]

Issue description:
After I press the burger button at the title screen, I see these errors: Error message 1Error message 2
I am unable to view my REQs / REQ store
I cannot access Arean or Warzone - I get a “Profile sync error” when I try this
My account’s Spartan rank is at 1 and the emblem is incorrect
When: This was yesterday at around 10pm Dublin time.
I am using A 4G phone hot-spot as my wi-fi connection point

Things tried:
Other games work fine - no profile issues in BF4 / MCC
Signed out at the title screen and signed back in - no effect
Restarted console - no effect
Deleted reserved space - no effect

Please advise on this. Thanks.

Solution
The issue was resolved after getting a broadband connection and connecting to the router via ethernet.
Looks like this was a client side connection problem.

Issue is still repro today. Same symptoms.

The screen shot you tried to link didn’t work.
Have you tried power cycling/hard resetting your console? Hold the power button on the console until it turns off, then keep holding it for like 10 sec. Then unplug the power source and leave it for 10 sec. Then plug back in and power on.

Thanks for pointing out the broken link. Fixed now.

This is pretty much the only thing that comes to mind to me too. Will try it when I get home.

Issue was fixed by disconnecting from 4G phone access point and connecting to the router via Ethernet
