My daughter is not able to view her own video clips in theater mode.
The error message reads:
“An error occurred while attempting to load the film. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.”
I already removed all restrictions on her profile. I have quit the app to restart fresh and have done a hard reset of the X1. Can anyone help?
The problem is only her profile. I am able to view my clips fine.
