Unable to Validate

So i logged into Halo 4 for the first time in maybe a year or so, when I get to the main menu I recieve a message saying “Unable to Validate. make sure you are signed into Xbox live or have the War Games Map Pass downloaded.”
I have both of these.
When I check my Hard Drive under Halo 4 it says I have both the season pass and all 3 map packs installed.
I have tried clearing my cache.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Update-
I have deleted and re downloaded all the maps as well as the map pass, still same issue.

Please don’t bump your own thread. If people have a solution to your problem they would post it. Plus you posted in the wrong part of the forum, this should have been put in the Support section. The only people who post in the actual game forums are other players like you or me or the site moderators (who aren’t 343 employees, just volunteers). 343 very rarely venture to this side of the forum.

I’m having the same problem. I just played the DLC playlist yesterday but today it says “unable to validate”.

Same problem. Played last night and now have the unable to validate screen. Wants me to buy Majestic, but I have the pass since the day it came out. Tried all the usual fixes, but nothing works. Wanted to finish up my achievements from the DLC while the playlist is still up, so this is annoying.

Still though I think it’s weird I couldn’t even load the maps into forge/custom game, can you not access these maps when offline? Maybe I did something wrong but I’m not sure.

I just tried to access the maps through forge and had the same problem. Sends me to marketplace to buy them. This seems to me to be a big problem.

Same issue here.

Sort of on topic: I find it funny that half the threads on here are people crying for DLC playlists, then when we get them it has a 100-150 people playing.

This is happening to me now as well. No luck fixing it so far.

Same problem with me too, was playing on the DLC playlist this morning, then the same error popped up this afternoon
