I got Halo 4 a while back, and after around 2 months of not opening it, I get the message “Unable to Validate” sating that I’m not connected to Xbox Live and need to make sure I have the war games map pass. I did previously download this, as I had the limited edition of the game, but somehow all of a sudden it just keeps popping up every time I open Halo 4 now. I downloaded the war games map pass from the limited addition along with other DLCs, and they are all not working. I had downloaded a DLC emblem, armor, and maps, and now they’re all gone.
A few months ago, my Xbox’s motherboard was broken, making it be replaced, and I had to re-download all of the things that I had, along with my Halo 4 DLC. A few months after that, I got a hard drive, which made me have to transfer all my items to that, again, transferring my Halo 4 DLC. I had also done a license transfer recently on my Xbox 360.
What I did so far
- Deleted content, cleared system cache, and had deleted all title updates for the game along with the disc 2 installation, and re downloaded it. - Tried accessing the DLCs in the game from opening it with another profile (Did not work)ANY HELP WOULD REALLY BE APPRECIATED AS I REALLY HAVE A SITUATION HERE.
UPDATE - it turns out that not only the maps, but the whole Infinity Actual Kit was not being recognized. I tried going to my download history to re-download it, but it wasn’t there. There was only the 3 map packs in the download history, and I already re-downloaded them. In my system though, there is a file called Halo 4 Game Unlocks, which in in storage but not download history. My download history only comprises of these three halo 4 map packs. What do I do??
