Unable to unlock the Standard Battle Rifle

I have experienced an issue in Halo 5 which means that I have been unable to unlock the standard Battle Rifle and Elementary emblem common requisition. Both of these reqs where supposed to be unlocked from a package received when reaching Spartan Rank 2, however this pack and none of these reqs has been given to my account.

In addition to that, I have also send a support ticket in relation to this issue with the ticket ID number #18695. I have also reported this issue in few previous occasions in this sub-forum without any resolution as a result. Here are also links to these forum discussions.

Can you please check to see if you have the BR and emblem now by any chance?

No, I did only get the level 3 pack when I were supposed to get the level 2 pack. This meant that I only got some req points in place of some permanent reqs that I have already unlocked.

I can reveal that the pack contained the following.

2x: 150 Req Points (probably in place of SAW Cert and Knot Emblem) - 1x: Plasma Pistol - 1x: Random Weapon - 1x: Suppressor - 1x: Mongoose - 1x: Tundra Mongoose - 1x: Rally Scout Warthog - 1x: Scout Warthog - 1x: Urban Scout Warthog - 1x: Speed Boost I - 1x: Arena XP Boost (Common) - 1x: warzone XP Boost (Common)I may have missed some items due to other reqs in my req collection(I checked the single-use after I opened the pack).

What was in those isn’t really relevant or helpful to me. Just random REQs at this point.
