Unable to Unlock Permanent REQs

So I go to get a Silver REQ pack so I can finish the Silver grind. All I needed were the Target Designator for the DMR and SMG and the Cone’d emblem. The only issue is that when I opened the pack, it gave me 3000 REQ points and a bunch of single-use REQs, but no permanent unlocks, although it guarantees 2 permanent unlocks that are Rare and less.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Those specific unlocks are in the gold pack for some reason.

If you are getting back req point cards it’s time to move on to gold… gold is a long road but once complete you get back 2 3000point req cards

The target designator SMG and DMR are bugged atm and come from gold packs. The coned emblem comes from completing the SPNKR kill commendation.
