I am lvl 90 and the only unlock through rares I’m missing (finished silvers) is the original BR. I have opened at least 40 bronze packs and no unlock. I only get useless things I can’t even sell for half what I spent. It’s not going to unlock apparently. Something broke and I can’t get the BR.
I think there’s a glitch where if you level up from a spartan company commendation from level 1 to 2 then you don’t get the pack with the br.

I believe this is it. The BR is an XP promotion pack. OP, since it was so long ago, you may not recall if you received the promotion pack. 343 is aware of the issue, but has not issued a communication on a fix.
