Unable to Sync Profile

Hi,

Hope this is the right place to ask for help.

Halo 5 got stuck on the open REQ pack screen for 5 minutes so I exited the game.

Upon opening it again I am no longer able to sync my data and as such am unable to play. I have tried restarting the game several times and restarting my Xbox but this makes no difference.

What is the best course of action?

Are you able to assist?

Managed to fix this by logging out of my Xbox Live Account, then going offline in Xbox Network Settings, then shutting down my Xbox, then unplugging it and plugging it back in, then going back online in Settings, then loading up Halo.

Hope this post helps anyone else with the same issues.

yeah was about to tell you to do that some reason when that sync screen comes up you can hit the A button too fast and its already on the cancel box they should put a confirm cancel on that
