Unable to Submit/Read Issues

When I click the links in the current flight email to submit issues and check known issues, I’m given pages saying that I’m not authorized to access them. Any idea what’s going on?

Sounds like you’re potentially not logging into the support site with the correct details. If you have a different email listed on your Insider profile than the one that is used for your gamertag, you’ll need to use that one

That isn’t the issue.

How are you sure that isn’t the issue? The not authorised message means you are trying to log in with an email that hasn’t been invited to the flight. While a very small number of users have had an issue that 343 has been looking into, 99% of the cases I’ve dealt with over the past 2 years have been due to users signing up to be an Insider and using and email that doesn’t match their gamertag’s email
