Unable to start the game - only black screen

I am unable to play this game.

When starting the game, I get the Halo 5 splash screen with Master Chief and Locke facing each other. Then the screen goes black and nothing happens.

I’m using the digital copy of the game. I have re-downloaded and reinstalled 3 times and same results.

What else can I do?
