343 can you please address this issue, i’ve spent hours working with Microsoft tech support.
They have confirmed the issue is in game.
On xbox or PC Steam / Windows store it doesn’t matter as soon as my profile is at the press start screen the game will crash.
Crash to dashboard or desktop.
To work around this I can play offline, which is incredibly helpful when you put a time limit on the new skull that can only be earned online…
My ticket has been ignored for two weeks now can you please provide a proper answer you’ve literally broken my game here and I’m unable to get a refund.
